Recordings may be delivered to the Quad Media studio by internet transfer or parcel.
Internet delivery largely depends on your internet upload speeds and connection quality. Video recordings are large (tens or hundreds of gigabytes) and may take hours or days to upload using a home internet service.
In case internet delivery is not an option, digital recording files may be transferred to inexpensive digital media (eg: flash drive) and shipped.
If you have a preferred cloud storage service (eg: Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) you may upload to your own service and share a download link with Quad Media.
Note that most cloud service basic plans do not provide enough storage space for a game recording.
If you'd like to upload directly to Quad's cloud storage, please contact Benjamin to receive login credentials. This is a browser based upload method that does not require any apps or configuration.
The Quad Media nextcloud does not have a file size or total storage limit.
If you already have Nextcloud credentials, click here to visit the site and log in.
Other internet transfer methods (FTP, BitTorrent) are possible but require some level of software configuration to operate. If Nextcloud and other methods aren't suitable for your situation, please contact Benjamin about alternatives.
If you'd like to ship your recordings to the Quad studio, please connect with Benjamin to generate a shipping label appropriate for your media.
Please back up your recordings locally. Do not ship the only copy of the media as a lost package may result in permanent loss of the game recording.
Consider utilizing inexpensive and replaceable media (such as a thumb drive).
